Judge and US Senate Candidate Roy Moore was publicly accused of sexual assault recently. As always with ethics scandals, we are looking for a Jupiter-to-Pallas transit... Jupiter for publicity and Pallas for ethics, generally accompanied by a major outer-planet transit which represents a significant change in status. Transiting Jupiter at 6 Scorpio is trine Moore's progressed Pallas at 6 Pisces, and transiting Uranus is quincunx his Jupiter. This is not necessarily indicative of guilt. We can perhaps attribute the rash of sexual assault scandals to Jupiter's recent ingress into Scorpio. That these scandals are predominantly American may be an argument for using the Scorpio Rising chart for the USA (which I think is the one favored by mundane astrology guru William Stickevers).
